1. Who we are
The Healthy & Organic Show (“HOS”) is organised by Zain Exhibitions, Villa 174, El Yasmeen 1, 1st Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
Visitor registration: name, email, mobile, country, visitor type and the interests you choose. Trade visitors and hosted buyers also give company, job title and a company email, which we verify with a one-time code.
Exhibitor booking: company name, commercial register and tax numbers, contact people, invoicing details and your stand choice. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never receive your full card number.
HOS app and HOS 365: your business profile, products, sourcing requests, meeting requests, chat messages and saved exhibitors.
At the show: badge scans at the entrance, at sessions and at stands where you choose to be scanned, plus photos and video in public areas of the hall.
Health tools in the app: body-check and scan results stay on your phone. We don’t receive them unless you choose to share them.
3. How we use it
To register you, issue your badge and let you in.
To suggest matches, schedule meetings and run HOS 365.
To keep the event safe and secure.
To send you show updates and, if you agree, news and offers. You can unsubscribe in any email.
To produce exhibitor reports. These use combined, anonymous figures — not your name — unless you shared your details with that exhibitor.
5. How long we keep it
Registration and profile data: until you delete your account, or 3 years after your last activity with us.
Booking and invoicing records: as long as Egyptian tax and company law requires.
Badge-scan and entry logs: 12 months after the show.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to marketing and withdraw consent at any time.
Most of this you can do yourself under Me › Settings in the app. Otherwise email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
We handle personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR where it applies.
7. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it. If your data is stored or processed outside Egypt, we use providers that offer an adequate level of protection.
8. Children
HOS is a trade and consumer show for adults. Public visitors under 16 must come with an adult and we don’t knowingly register them ourselves.
9. Changes
We’ll post any update here and tell registered users about important changes. Last updated 11 October 2026.
