- Give accurate details — badges and business profiles must belong to real people and real companies.
- HOS 365 connects businesses; deals are between you and the other company.
- Your badge is personal and can’t be transferred.
- Be respectful: no spam, fake listings or misleading claims.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses our website, the HOS app or HOS 365, or attends the show. The service is run by Zain Exhibitions, Villa 174, El Yasmeen 1, 1st Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt. By using it you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Registration and badges
You can register without a password. Trade visitors and hosted buyers must use a company email; personal and temporary email addresses are not accepted for business registration.
Badges are personal. Sharing or reselling a badge can lead to it being cancelled.
We may refuse or cancel a registration that looks false or breaks these terms.
3. Business profiles and products
Profiles and products must describe a real company and real goods you can supply.
Claims such as “organic”, “Halal” or “gluten-free” must be backed by a valid certificate, which we may ask to see. We can hide listings until it is provided.
You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to show it on the website, the app and in show materials.
4. Matchmaking and HOS 365
Match scores and suggestions are a guide only.
HOS is not a party to any sale. Prices, quality, delivery and payment are agreed directly between the businesses involved.
Don’t send bulk messages, ask for payments outside an agreed deal or share another member’s contact details without permission.
5. At the show
Follow the instructions of show staff and venue security.
We may photograph and film the show for promotion. Tell a staff member if you don’t want to be photographed.
Opening hours, the programme and activities may change; the app always shows the latest version.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep the services available and accurate but can’t guarantee they will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for deals between businesses.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cairo, after an attempt to settle them amicably.
